I wanted to welcome some people since I am new as well, is this a problem? I made an introduction post yesterday, but it didn't even get posted for some reason. Made another one today and still waiting for approval. Is this how things here work or have I messed something up?

Does every post have to be approved before being displayed publicly, or did I do something wrong?
