Netherlands do definitly not offer warezhosting. It may be offshore to you, but I live next to the Netherlands and I would never host any warez over there. As soon as there are complaints, the warez will be gone.

As far as I learned, you use xrumer for this. Anyway, I would not be surprised, if google doesn't count backlicks from blog-comments anymore. They're so easy to spam using SB.

You're traceable, at least that's what I think. Those people who are selling vcc's and stuff have their bank-accounts in cyprus or panama, IMHO. If it's Ok with the TOS of your bank, you can sell them, but I don't think so.

In countries like Barbados and Antigua there is no copyright law. But it will be hard to find a fast and reliable hosting-service down there.
