Short answer - no. So long as google has indexed your article so they know how to associate original autorship with - you should be fine - ooodles of places syndicate their content/get linked to almost immediately and it doesn't hurt them.. think CNN...

Have you though about trying paid media like push traffic ? I've been having a lot of luck - I need to change my creatives up pretty frequently - as people get burnt out easily - but it's a steady - reliable source that has good ROI
