Ok so If I have a stealth account with 10/1000 that is only a few weeks old and I list a motor vehicle, will they ban me or cancel my listing since the vehicle will most likely sell for around $5000 although the buyer will have to come pay cash and pick it up?

If I have a new seller account and want to sell a car, will they block my account or remove the listing since I am a new seller? My plan was to accept a small deposit less than $500 from the buyer and then the rest via the bank cashier's check when they come to pick the vehicle up. Just looking...
