    Delicated proxies from newipnow won't work in China but in HONGKONG VPS

    Use a residential proxy like Smartproxy, Luminati etc. China does ban VPN/Proxy datacenter IP addresses - residential ones are not being touched. (oo much to ban lol) Tested it myself.
