I'm using Tube Toolbox for promoting my Youtube channels and I am seeing decent results. Just make sure you add a long retry time of 50-60 mins on your TTB client. Also use private proxies while using TTB and do not use your main Youtube channel. I recommend only using drone accounts with TTB.
