I tried pinnect. Its ok, but not perfect. Lot of config and stuff resides in txt files and not in the database. Well it still has a few bugs but in general it does what it should.

I would also only recommend a dedicated server if you have very good linux and server knowledge. I have and even one of my serves was already hacked. then you have to know what to do.

What pinterest clone script is the best from your opinion. It is really difficult to see the differences between the huge amount of scripts. The prices differ significantly though? Would be great for any advice. Would prefer a script that is not based on a CMS like joomla, wordpress etc. though.
