OP, in order to do this sort of international transaction, it is preferable to use your country bank account. Why? Because it's way cheaper then if you open an offshore account. You can compare the fees by visiting bank website and other preferable.

Add tracking info and ask buyer to confirm. That way, it will be faster. If you have a verified account, probably a business one, it will be instant.

No one accessed your hosting account, its just that there are some services which will clone your website in order to do some quick changes and publish it with ease.

You could always get some accounts from ones that sells. I have bunch of all types of accounts i sell on other forums.
