I would go with Siteground first, HostGator second, and GoDaddy last. Nothing but problems with GoDaddy and extremely slow!

It depends on how much you want to market and the commission rates for affiliates. The internet is swarmed with directories so building an audience will require you to have a competitive page rank and viable results. Not saying it is impossible, just don't expect to get rich over night.
