It's best to just contact wise & explain your issue & they'll give you a solution because I know it works or at least I know it worked in the past. If they can't help you, contact PayPal.

Nice, can you share some stats? Like how much you've spent, earned... etc. Exactly how I feel... it's probably the reason why I don't use them anymore, cant bother to get into crypto, never ever wanted to. They use to accept card payments but not anymore.

Check if your smartlink has any virus detected using virustotal, that could be the reason why it's being flagged. I use to run into that issue a lot with ad networks, normally I'd just ask my lospollos manager for a new link.
