I am using a similar method as well. Would you suggest continuing to follow/like/comment/unfollow or at this stage like/comment only?

Once everything is up and rolling not a whole lot. I personally maybe invest 1-2 hours the night prior so that I can pick, choose and curate my posts/page. Besides that, its pretty much autopilot once you've got the boting part down.
