From my knowledge of this issue, and i’ve been looking around for about an hour or so, it’s happened to many people and it’s supposed to take from 1hr - 2 days for for the error message to go away, (speaking from experience and what i’ve heard), so no specific instructions anywhere online...

Did you ever figure out how to get past the phone verification? and do you use iphone or samsung devices through the device farm?

if you could let me know as well some of how this works, i just signed up for aws and am not really sure how to get past sms verification. anything helps.
