Same here... tried to create another two accounts from different phone ip and iTunes account. Same thing happened. Gonna try create a new one from a fresh phone tmr and see how it goes

Using iPhone 6, could see my own hashtags but then realized that only viewable by me. Using other phone to check the hashtags, my picture is not shown in the search result. That explains the zero likes. Used the other two phones and open new iTunes account plus different IP. Same thing happened...
