no it isn't only you. more than 1 day for me, I can't verify my IP and I can't use proxies.

Yeah, i made them few over smartphone, rooted with ID and IMEI changer...But it is slow as fuck It takes 30 mins per acc to do everything (set proxy,set imei/id, put email,nickname,password,photo...verify email) Maybe I'm just lazy lol

You create them on phone using proxies or without proxies? Do you use IMEI and deviceID changer? like xprivacy?
