The best "seo content" is an article thoroughly researched and written for readers. The volume should be just enough to cover the readers' needs.
Use that as your guidelines and you won't ever be wrong.
Text-rich about us pages never work in my opinion.
The page has to showcase:
- images (team size, looks, real offices)
- awards and certifications
- figures
- external links for proof (clutch.co, linkedin, etc.)
The words people write there are actually secondary.

- increase positive mentions of the brand/person
- do NOT interact with negative mentions, do not click through to them from SERPs
- obfuscate SERPs by "launching" the brand/person with the same name.
I don't think there would be any templates like that in public. Companies and their support depts use what works for them, - which might not always work for you.
