start with you have right now. if your budget only fits a few domains then start with a few. add more as budget permits. for hosting, try any shared seo hosting. do a search on shared c class hosting.

there are a lot of factors to consider in determining an estimate on sales for a certain traffic. for me, source of traffic is the biggest one. if it's not targeted, meaning, you are selling ham to vegetarians then the rest you should know already :)

just to add to their suggestions, you may also try jwplayer. make sure you are hosting it on an unlimited bandwidth hosting as this can consume so much bandwidth if your site is going to be busy.

well i am not a senior member but i may have a valid answer for that. as far as interconnecting your network, in my opinion, you should not. you use them to link to your money site.

have you tried odesk? just make sure to give them specific instructions on where to post links to (like which niche, # of outbound links, ...) because most them will just post links to random sites. you can also try tools like GSA, make sure to set it up properly to your preferences.

yup. pretty much the reality when doing it that way. but don't stop, you'll get there. it is worth the wait.

try watching tutorials in youtube. i always watch videos of softwares in action before buying any software.
