You could try PopAds which is a popunder service. They pay a decent rate per 1000 views. (You'll really reap the rewards when your traffic increases but you could expect $1-$2 per 1000 views.)

Don't purchase! Seller won't respond. I'm now putting a claim into paypal to receive my money back. Also looking into the sh*t list where this seller belongs.

Seller hasn't delivered in over 10 days, no communication whatsoever. Hasn't replied to any of my private messages. In under 24 hours I'll be putting a claim in to PayPal to receive my funds back.

I agree with OnlineA here man, I could definitely make a killing from this. Especially when scaled as people die everyday. But I also agree with you in the sense I couldn't stand myself profiting from this.
