I don't really think about the theme that much. I use free themes like GeneratePress or the default WP theme. As long as the theme loads fast and the text is clear and easy to read, it doesn't really matter.

I don’t know about the de-indexing but I’ve said multiple times that I get the ranking articles rewritten. I think that’s the best way to go about it. See what ranks easily and have it rewritten to satisfy the search intent.

Do you mean 500 rows? It depends on your prompt. But it shouldn’t take more than a few hours. Try running the script on a CSV with 5-10 rows to check the output. That way you’ll know whether it’s working.
