Everything everyone said here was pretty good. You could also buy Telegram Premium or take any of the paid actions (buying Stars, running ads) - that often signals that you're a 'real' user.

If you're doing CEE/Russian Crypto TG you can get a lot of organic engagement since the audience is pretty TON native & comfortable being on Telegram all day. With other regions it's definitely harder. Try partnering with or running ads through some prominent mini-apps, the cost per users isn't...
