HEY , first of all i asked a friend living in france to create an account then he gived it to me , after that i used A US SIM CARD , THE PHONE REGION USA , NO VPN , just posting us content in english with the us sim card you will get the us audience .

YES it's possible , i did it with FRENCH account to avoid tax format and i targeted the us audience and i got the highest RPM : 0.68 $ . and now i have a strong account with 340 K followers . and it's for sell now .
