Does anyone know any software for mass texting? Not a service I've already got a texting plan and opt-in list. Maybe there's an android app out there that can do it? Or alternatively sending via a LTE router with a sim card inserted?

Anyone any experience with mass reporting instagram posts or accounts to get them taken down? Legit reason and so on.. Probably best if aged accounts using proxies and so on.
