Well, when syncing AS app builds, mac address , ip, geolocation , ..are bound to the app/SC in Google's servers. So always get the plugins u need when no projects r opened + work/build offline + Different admobs & VCCs for each account, Proxies, VM, fresh AS, and REFACTORING the sc befor opening...

U can definitly change a smartphone's ip/mac address if u have root privileges + an app to do that mac change. If u dont have root u can change ur mac adress too but its just temporary..it reverse to original after restarting ur phone.. There is a quora article on this..google it!
