Email support, tell them that your .com would like to have a presence on twitter and that your site name is taken but has been inactive for a very long time.
Followback accounts are fake, they don't follow you back. they just sit there and gain and I know this because I have a followback account with 98k real followers.
If you can network and find someone who has an "In" or deals in PR marketing you could get verified, or if you have 5 songs on itunes you can get verified via Gracenote method. Having followers has no impact on getting verified. I know people with 500 followers who have the check mark.
It's about who you know aswell. A buddy of mine got verified because he knew someone, Also have a musician who is not known, but got verified and only has 500 followers. It's about connections. If you have music on itunes you can get verified via GraceNote method.
I have a twitter acc with 96k Real followers. only 1% are fake. I also am in contact with a few musicians via my main twitter. I'd be able to show him to get verified on twitter since he is in the music industry. etc
PM me if interested.
Yeah they've made a lot of changes in the past few months. I have an acc that took me 8 months to build with 94,000 real followers. I also have another acc I was boosting that has 800 real followers.
That is true, I have screenshots of the site on MY domain, along with proof I bought the domain and talked about the idea MONTHS before he randomly went and did this.
Well I was reading, it takes 6 months for something to get trademarked. It's basically a social site (party scene) I own the actual domain. he is currently using the abbreviations to my name with .tv at the end.
