How far apart did you schedule your AMR postings? About how many AMR postings did you run altogether?

What worked for me was to just do a quick: Start>cmd ipconfig /flushdns Thanks for the info!

There are wp plugins that automatically do this. I guess for a wide scale though or if you dont use wp then this is useful. thanks for the share.
