Jingling can be configured to send traffic only from Western hemisphere (mainly US and EU), but I don't recommend it since it's easily recognizable in Analytics: 99% of Jingling visitors spend 00.00 time on site. Definitely not a solution. I have used Ougos for a while but the results were poor.
