free proxy lists are never reliable. Anyone got a source for reliable paid UK proxies?

I've spent a lot longer than 5 seconds checking out that forum and followed up all leads but am still looking...

thanks apekillape - I emailed that guy previously and he has no UK IP's left. Do you know any other providers? http://proxiesforrent.com/ claims to have UK, but I have used them before for US and the service was AWFUL - ~50% downtime and had to email then every other day to fix the proxies.
