It's way better to use real devices compared to browsers. Cloud phones might work but in my experience Reddit has gotten better at detecting them as of lately. IOS is preferred but you can certainly run Androids without issues. Try to stay away from rooting / jailbreaking though as in 9/10 cases...

You're not guaranteed a new IP just because you switch airplane mode on and off. Most providers use CGNAT, meaning multiple users share the same public IP which is the reason IP bans aren't as common because it'd hit more people than just you. Just make sure your not doing the airplane mode...

Jailbroken phones are kind of outdated. Apps detect it easily. Use stock iPhones instead.

Email has been working good for us, it's good for keeping costs down as well. We use Outlook for TikTok with no problems. You most likely gain a tad bit of trust by signing up with phone numbers though, apps usually trust numbers over emails.
