Seriously why do you care so much about that, is any of your videos stolen, your previous threads show you asking for bypassing copyright/view bot. You want to do illegal things and here you are complaining about those guys who do these activities. You are terrible at trying to do your homework.

Youtube does catch them but in the long term (they disable monetisation or even whole adsense account) If they are lucky, they might make some cash in short time but don't forget copyright holders consistently send infringement notices so its not easy to make thousands of dollars in a month...

Yeah, they might be promoting that third party yt video. Using YT interface makes it seem much more genuine and to make people to go to that YT page by clicking on that link in the bottom right like OP did.

Looks like they have used VideoJS Library. Look at the source code. Basically, You can play with the code and format in any style you want. The source for video might be stored in a different server coming from a CDN and the yt link that you get redirected to when you click on YT button is...
