I would recommend javascript for pretty much anything web related nowadays using the mean stack.

Coursera is pretty good to learn pretty much anything! I've learn from there.

And javascript :) chrome extensions make awesome bots.

I think for all these internet marketing related things, using a language like javascript is more appropriated ... but it all depends what you are trying to do!

In Asia you can try Singapore. I think you would have to go there, but they don't require a huge initial deposit. Hong Kong could also be an option but you surely have to go (and it's generally more difficult)

Even if you have a business account, you need to register your personal identity. However, it won't be displayed to the users.

I can confirm you have to go to HK in person to open the bank account, but only for that. Someone can help you to open the business, you can take the appointment online, and then go in HK only on the day of your appointment. This said, using another country for banking can be a better solution...
