I think i figured it out i can only apply for platinum offers which are all complete garbage

So i singed up for cpa lead and whenever i wanna choose an offer to promote i get this message : "You've already submitted an application within the last 2 weeks. You will be contacted via e-mail when your application has been reviewed" Its been more than 2 weeks and i got no emails from them...

I assume this isnt working anymore?
