It's not about vcc..all vcc working with gads. If card accepted on Google pay so it should be accepted on gads . The ban is not about the ip or the vcc or the phone number.. I got banned even with my real info and physical card and clean browser.

It's not anything about this..I created about 20~30 account using anti detect 911 proxy paid number...but all accounts are banned. After that I got one live account with the same bank vcc ( revolut) but without clean browser (private window on chrom) and without any vpn or proxy ( my own ip) So...
