UPDATE: After 75 hours tried to login and send money. Did NOT work! Called support for 3rd time, and they said its automatic system! To wait or to withdraw money! ANY SOLUTION? Thanks

I tried from maximum to lower ones. Even $5 won't work which usually works.

Haven't tried with donate button. Don't think it will work. Resting my account for 48 hours to see if anything new happens.

Hello, Planing to buy dedicated IP or VPN with dedicated IP for using PayPal only. I wouldn't use anything but PayPal so what's the smartest to buy? Few (2-3) pp accounts monthly so need different locations for each.

Could it be cause I use VPN? Should I buy dedicated IP ? Where to buy it, with specific geo location?

I forgotten to say, but I use VPN. Can that maybe cause the problems? What should I do or buy to have it all good? To buy dedicated ip or VPS? I do not know much about this. Can someone please help or explain how both of these work and what's the best?

Hello, Registered account last week, added VCC & VBA, confirmed & verified. Also mobile phone verified. Received friendly payment but can not transfer that payment further. Called PayPal many times. All they said, its their normal routine, automatic system checkout, nothing wrong with account...
