How (If at all) does this differ from SE Scout? Any coupon codes? I just quit their service for a failure to answer support tickets regarding many kw's not reporting. I figured if they can't answer support tickets, may as well go elsewhere.

What kind of results are people seeing with this service? Wasn't Index Bear hit during the Penguin update? (I thought I read that on another forum - hope not, but just looking for clarification)
