depends upon the type of niche. if you need mix data you can get millions of email ids but if you need any particular category data , the number varies.

try to change your ip ,and do not access all account from the same ips

if its due to domain, then that complete site is supposed to be marked as not indexed. Why only some page are getting noindex and sometime they get indexed automatically.
