The best option right now is to buy an old Google Ads account. In all the attempts I make on new and threshold ads accounts, my accounts are constantly suspended with suspicious payments and unpaid balance.

I've noted that there is a glitch in google right now. URL Inspection tool in Search Console shows indexed, but if I check and use the standard search operator with site: "website," it indicates not indexed.

I have tested this method without any success. I guess google has tightened the leash here too.

Is it safe to use this method, or has someone got a Google penalty from it? My money site has had indexing problems since October last year. Have tested all possible options except this method.
