Yea', I did. I went with Yohost (as 0_00_0 suggested) and they didn't ask me for a SSN, but the VCC website (when I tried to register the card online) did ask me. So I applied the generated number and it didn't go through. Which, again, is why I think they locked it.

Quick question for you guys. I was able to buy the site using the VCC, but I did something that somehow got the card locked. I think I tried to register it too many times online, when the SSN I used didn't work. Now I don't have much on there (less than $50), but is it dumb to call this place...
