So outsourcing everything? That sounds like WP type I would go for. It's cheaper to find someone to maintain for you since the user base is generally greater than any other custom CMS.

Thanks OP for sharing the story. It has never been easy to make money. It's not hard but it takes a lot of motivation. The money is there. If you don't act, someone else will. And you will never reach your goal. Keep it up. Best luck.
