I personally have examples of sites using cloudflare that ranks well. It's not the point. It's the possibility of SOME sites in SOME IP RANGES (by cloudflare or shared hosts) rank poorly, specially new sites who do not have trust yet because of the bad neighborhood.

@_Corazon_ do you have any graph of that? I think it's not SSL CERT, based on here: https://www.rebootonline.com/blog/long-term-shared-hosting-experiment/ the theory of bad neightborhood is true. What you think?
