Support is dead ?

I have 4 hours and still can't connect, i managed to connect 1 time but i only saw a white screen.

Please respond on my ticket ( #483404 ) i can't login to admin panel i recive : "Error raised when requesting the database!" !

I have a problem with my proxies ... I opened a support ticket on the site but still no answer .. Please take action!

I must apologise for this. Today i've noticed a movement from position #13 to #9 i think the changes are taking a little more time.

Quick review : Lions Mane II ordered on 11.04 (adult site) and my position were #13 - 1st keyword / now is on #15 #12 - second keyword / now on #9 #nowhere / now ... still nowhere I'm very disappointed...
