You mean you disallowed your /archive/ directory? Usually even if you dissalow your entire site, google will pick it up again pretty quickly. If it's a new site, it will take some days, probably max a week. If it's an established site, it can Google can index it again as low as 24hr (tested).

He probably means that when building your PBN, linking from your homepage, permanent, is a pretty risky footprint to get your site banned. Linking to your money site from a good written article from the site, it's looking natural and draws less attention.

I wouldn't worry about this at all. Many legit people register multiple domains at once only to sell them after or create websites for each, days/months/years apart. Even if Google does that (which I doubt), it won't be taken as a footprint.

Just got 6 domains today from Nargil, scanned them myself with all the tools I had available (including ahrefs, archive and majestic), all domains are excellent and as advertised. I found myself a good domain broker :)
