    I have not worked in many competitive niches yet. From what I have seen, finance and health seem especially tough because of the competition and trust requirements.

    I think it's probably a bit of both. Users seem much more aware of marketing tactics now, and at the same time there's a lot more promotional content than there used to be.

    A few of my simpler answers on popular questions got much more visibility than detailed answers on questions with less activity. From my limited experience, question selection seems just as important as answer quality, if not more.

    I am new to Quora myself, but my guess is that consistency plays a bigger role than follower count. I have seen smaller accounts get good reach when they regularly post helpful answers in the same topic.

    I see that some permanently suspended accounts do get restored through the appeal process. It seems to depend a lot on why the account was suspended in the first place.

    I have been reading, it seems like AI is great for speeding up content creation, while human editing is what makes the content actually useful. Personally, I think content alone is not enough anymore ,authority, backlinks, and brand trust seem to play a huge role as well.
