If I protect my WHOIS, 1 month after i bought the page, can others find who is the owner of the page?

Well as i said i don't have backup for my site. I will contact my host. Hope my files aren't lost. I can't even do anything in my file manager because the only thing there is million of folders that send you nowhere. Thanks guys for the support!
