I may not be explaining it properly, I'm sorry. So when they load in, it takes too long for the Bot to connect to the Proxy? It times-out, and doesn't make a Vote. Then it goes to the next IP # and does the same thing. I'm lucky to get 1 out of 10 to work for some reason. Hope that makes sense.
