Thanks. I think I'll go with a blog on the root domain and experiment with different content and ads. My keywords have good monthly search numbers in google so I think a blog would be best.

I've used a couple of providers. Private Internet Access were pretty good speed-wise and the setup was great. They also keep absolutely no logs (this is important to me). But afaik you can only torrent on their NL servers. Just tried TorGuard - they had great customer service. Also keep no logs...
