That happened to me too, then i tried a slower approach took it down from 8 a day to 2 over 3 months, then decided on a day and just quit, felt like shit for a week drank way too much water(it helps but you wont have time to get out of the bathroom) , Also stocked up on those milk based candy...

Honestly i needed this, i had some money saved up from my last job and started doing im, I was motivated at first but it slowly was fading expecilly when i started seeing my savings slowly draining away. I don't know why you just gave me hope to try harder, so thank you!!!
