Bitcoin works good especially now that the price is somewhat stable. Calculate a change maybe -10/+10%, then sell the coins at localbitcoins or whatever service where you can sell them for cash.

Could be bypassed by putting a small disclaimer on the packaging maybe? Won't deter many customers either.

Monkeys are tricky. Unless you have a lot of food they won't stay in your Paypal account. You can feed your paypal account with money and the staff on Paypal will get the monkeys bananas and food for you. That way you can keep money and the limit is when it starts to hurt, you gotta feel this on...
