Yeah the pricing is weird, if you go through a middle man the fees are ridiculous, but if you go direct to icta.ky then its free. Of course there's that residency catch, hoping someone can help me get around it...

I'm trying to register a .ky domain, however the official body will only allow local residents or locally registered companies to register domains. Does anyone know of any ways around this rule? Or does anyone here qualify as a registrant, and wanna help me out? I'd really appreciate it...
