Doesn't that just overlay an image? I've seen people putting a Branding image subscribe "button" and then use an Annotation. I don't think Branding gives you a rollover/mouse over effect though.

I got a bunch of on the works sites with domains not doing anything. Until I have time to build the sites what should I do? Do you guys do domain park or quickly put some site together so google starts crawling?
