Is it worth it to use Instagram to target local audience with local language, or is English audience and language more worth it?
So your question is not "which is better" since it sounds like you have no interest to reach people outside your country. If thats the case then yes you need to target by geolocation. That way at least the majority of traffic should be in your country. Then for language, its up to you, but I...
