Small-Medium sized influencers is probably the best bet with that budget. You could go with social media route and try for free traffic too but the month will probably be over before your learning phase.

Based on my experience it depends on how many accounts you're posting your advertising links from and whether they're coming from the same IP and/or browser fingerprint. Twitter hates aggressive marketing and will ghost you for it. I'd say always some point non advertising content in between.
